A valley with several monastic settlements along the Secu stream, from Secu Monastery (about 4 km from the road that crosses the Ozana) to Sihăstria (a further 3 km); roads lead from Sihăstria to three hermitages; archaeological excavations attest to the continuity of spiritual life.
Near Sihăstria Monastery, two roads lead to three hermitages in the forest: “Înălṭarea Sfintei Cruci” Hermitage, Sihla Hermitage and Daniil Sihastrul Hermitage.
